Technician in the field for field service (m/f/d)

Your field of activity:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be an important part of our team and responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of our copiers directly on site at our customers’ premises. Your tasks include:
- Installation of devices: You set up our copy machines at customers’ premises and ensure that they work properly.
- Diagnosis of faults: you analyze technical problems and find solutions to restore functionality.
- Maintenance and repair: You carry out regular maintenance work and rectify technical faults quickly and efficiently.
- Customer advice: You provide our customers with technical advice and support them with questions about using the devices.
- Documentation: You document all work carried out as well as maintenance and repair reports.
What we expect:
- Completed training as a technician or a comparable qualification
- Experience in field service or in dealing with office machines
- Driving license class at least B
- Good written and spoken German
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and an independent way of working
