Simple and intuitive operation is the requirement for communication systems today. The new standard in user-friendliness is achieved with a capacitive 9-inch color touchscreen. Konica Minolta is following the trend and has adapted the multi-touch operation now familiar from smartphones and tablet PCs with the innovative display guidance used there.

Even within the individual functions (e.g. copying), the user always retains an overview thanks to flat hierarchies, as the function settings are opened via separate dialog boxes. The function screen always remains visible in the background.

Perfect for customers who need to duplicate print jobs and print them repeatedly on different types of paper from different paper trays (e.g. delivery bills: on white paper for the customer, yellow for the carrier, green for archiving, etc.), bizhub C224/C284/C364 offer advanced ease of use with the so-called “Carbon Copy” function, which makes dot matrix printers and carbon copies superfluous in the future.

All bizhub systems offer the user numerous scanning functions in common formats. With the innovative real-time scan preview, sending unchecked documents can be avoided as far as possible: Users can first check the scanned document in the preview window before pressing the “Send” button.

Cost awareness and cost control guide the user towards efficient printing behavior. In addition, administrators can easily set limits for output quantities. This supports the reduction of print volumes and reduces printing costs. The volume limits for users are reliably effective across all networked systems. Detailed consumption statistics can be generated in order to optimize the entire infrastructure.
